The Seattle half marathon is in two months and counting. I’ve managed to run some half marathon like distances (12-13miles) this summer. Throwing in walking breaks have definitely made the long distances more bearable to me. I’ve also mixed in a fairly tough hill workout into my regular running routine. I’m still too heavy to be an efficient runnner though but that’s something I’m going to work on after the half marathon.
