Looks like TextDrive has made a couple of lifetime hosting plans available. It’s a little pricey but they offer pretty decent features and it should pay for itself in a little over a year. They had a similar deal last year but I was too late to sign up for one then. I didn’t miss my opportunity this time: sigsegv.textdriven.com. Nothing much there yet but I’m working on it.
